Due to the different ways monitors display colors, it is recommended that you request an informational packet that includes the color cards. This way you can see exactly how the color looks and how it appears on our labels. |
In order for us to help you chose which ink is right for you, it is extremely important that we know what application you are trying to use the ink for. By sending us samples of your products to test, we can be certain we are giving you the right formulation and color.
500/600 Series
These foils are designed for use on coated fabrics only. Other people have used these foils for applications other than coated fabrics but we do not guarantee these foils for applications other than coated fabrics. This series is set up on an 800 foot roll. Color matches are available for a small negotiable service charge.
800 Series
Includes 801 Black, 802 Red, 831A Dark Blue etc. Color Matches are available but would require a longer lead time. These inks are for use on uncoated fabrics like our 8840 Woven Edge and Poly Satin. This series is put up on a 600 foot roll.
900 Series
901-C Industrial Black. This ink is specifically designed for use on coated fabrics. This is our industrial series for use on applications which must withstand garment dye, stone washing, enzyme wash, etc. This product is for use with our 3600 industrial poly cotton or Paxar's 6000 industrial poly cotton.
901-U is for uncoated or uncoated fabric. This ink is specifically designed for uncoated polyester for use in industrial washes such as uniforms. It is for use on a Markum Duraprint System machine. This machine has the added feature which allows it to cure the ink during application. The ink must be run on a machine which has this capability for it to work properly, or oven use at 225F for 3 hours.
